Just heard about this! And I'm installing it now! Laserfiche Empower mobile app - for iphone/pad & android! I love how this company keeps making things cooler and cooler.

I cannot log in either and when I try to reset my password I never get the email.

Make sure you are entering the email address you used to register for this support site.

Hi Dalette, you should be able to access the HTML5 version of the app. Go to this link and click on the HTML5 button:

I'm registered but I did not get a link for a new username or password, and cannot login with my existing credentials on the phone app.  Channing, could I get an email link please?  I would really appreciate it.

Hi Rick, I just had an email sent to you with your login information. Once you are in the app you can re-set your password as you wish.

I didn't get it.  I think it's because my user logon is my email address but doesn't have the dash in it that is required.  Could you send it to rick.nagy@nstar-financial.com?

Hi,

For some reason I can't login to the app!

I am using same credential as of my support site.

Do you have to be registered for Empower 2017 in order to login to this app?

Hello Uzair, yes you need to be a registered Empower attendee to get access to the app. Once registered, you will receive an email with your login credentials. These credentials will be different from your support site login and once logged in you can reset your password.

Did you have any trouble logging in? It seems to not be recognizing my creds even though I used same ones on website.

Ah ha! I was just going to post - new password sent to me, logged in. Now if I could only remember my linked-in password, I could set up my profile ... #toomanysocialapps
