PhotoDocs to Cloud?

Can Laserfiche PhotoDocs be used to import photos into Laserfiche Cloud?

Yes.

First, launch the Laserfiche Client and use the standard on-premises repository login screen. Click "Attach" and specify

r-xxxxxxxx.laserfiche.com

for both the address and repository. Note that "r-xxxxxxxx" is your Laserfiche Cloud repository ID value. Then check the "Use SSL Connection" box and click "Attach" again. Now you can log in using your Cloud username and password.

What this will do is verify that you're specifying the correct address and it will also insert the repository connection information into the registry. The Client can be closed at this point.

At this point, if you open PhotoDocs as a standalone application and want to store the images into the Cloud repository, you should see your "r-xxxxxxxx.laserfiche.com" repository listing and once selected and logged into, you can then import the images.
