Unable to access enrolled courses

I have signed up to a course but I am unable to access it.  CPP keeps saying that I have not enrolled in any courses.  Our account Manager also tried with my account but was unable to get it to work.  Assistance with this would be greatly appreciated as I am wanting to learn how to use this Laserfiche I have bought.

I have done this.  Unfortunately CPP does not want to work with a non .com email address.  As our business uses non .com email addresses across our 2,500 users, it looks like Laserfiche has stalled here and won't be progressing. 

Just a warning out there for those who operate a business on non .com email addresses.  If your domain is not like this then you will not be able to do any of the courses.
