Which course are you seeing this on?
hi miruna,
i think the previous error was because i let the laptop sleep and then continued the video. now it works, it was “ Capture --> 4. Best Practices and Customization “ lesson. but now i am facing another error. where the video is not loaded when opening the lesson, only this one.
please advise.
hi miruna,
the error was on chrome, i tried on firefox it worked.
I have the same issue with Chrome and Safari. I'll try Firefox next.
Hi Ryan,
Please reach out to us in the CPP inbox (cpp@laserfiche.com) so we can get more details about this issue.
I don't know what was done but emailing cpp@laserfiche worked, thanks.
In most cases this happens because HTML5 is the default experience for the browser and this requires the user to enable Flash when they first visit a site. We are working to update our courses to ensure the best viewing experience. Please email cpp@laserfiche.com if this issue continues.
I am also facing the same issue with fatal errors. If anybody knows how to fix this, please assist. I sent an email to cpp@laserfiche.com 24hrs ago and haven't received a reply yet. It's very frustrating. I have repeated the video several times but it still does not unlock the next video.
Hi Joseph - Which browsers are you experiencing this error in?
It happened on Microsoft Edge and i switched to Mozilla Firefox but the problem still persisted. Cpp has reached to me now with a fix. For those who might face this issue in the future, It's likely a network connection issue or a browser issue. This could make troubleshooting easier for you
Thank you Joseph. I'm glad you were able to view the lesson.
