Hello Im trying to add the FAQ pane in a Form. Following Instructions from the help file.

I have created a demo group, FAQ topic and enabled FAQ in publishing options. 

Am I missing something here? Do you need to drag and drop something onto the Form itself?

Good afternoon Everyone, 

 

I had a quick question about the FAQ functionality, should we be able to see a list of questions that have been tagged with the "FAQ Topic" on the "FAQ Sidebar" in the form? Please see screenshot.

Only posted questions with verified answers are show on the list.

why i can't see all the groups, when i need to choose which group should put it as FAQ in a BP Form.

Only the public groups will be avaliable

Do you need to name the group the same thing as the form?

You don't need to name the group as the form or drag and drop something to the form.  After you configured the process to display the FAQ pane, you will see the FAQ pane as following when open the process's starting form:

Never mind. I added the group but it had not saved in publishing options. It works now. Thanks!
