Question

White pages link

asked on July 21, 2016

My client contacted me asking about this link on the support site, and if there was a working alternative, https://support.laserfiche.com/library.aspx?realm=Education%20Resources&category=Tech+Paper&product=&version=&inclusion=super . I believe this is the page with links to the white pages(not completely sure) The link brings up a messed up web page, and they weren't able to find any info on where it might have moved.

After the Support Site redesign, the library.aspx page is now only used for crawling. You can access the Support Site search page and then view the "Resources" category. However, if there is a request to filter even further to only see white papers, then that's something we can look into doing.

Hi, Ricardo!

Can you tell us more about how you use the link to all white papers? There's bound to be a lot of them. Is it just a matter of knowing what's been recently published?

Hello Miruna. Here is what my client had to say about their use/need for a filter or page on white pages:

" All of your best information comes from the white pages.  At Long Beach this winter for the conference, every instructor, every employee, every bit of advice was followed with “refer to the white pages”.  They were right, there is so much good information there.  One beauty of being able to scan through the white pages, especially for a beginner, is seeing what is available.  It’s better than a menu as you can pick and choose or just dive into topics and begin learning. "

Let me know if you'd like any more information.
