New Laserfiche Support Site!

The new Laserfiche Support Site is live! In a click of a button, viewers can easily access and download information about our products. Since the Support Site is open to the public, individuals can search through our knowledge base, download product updates, browse product videos and ask questions through the Answers page. Should you encounter any bugs, please report the issue below.

I am unable to download the Form bits.   
 

This site can’t be reached

The webpage at http://download.laserfiche.com/protected/release/LaserficheForms10.0.0.1201_20160601.exe?sid=xxx might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Hello Andrew,

Thanks for bringing up this issue.  We're currently looking into the issue, but if you're using Google Chrome, you can usually fix this problem by opening a window in incognito mode before going to the support site to download the file.  Signing out and signing back in  (through https://support.laserfiche.com/login?ReturnUrl=https://support.laserfiche.com/) has also fixed this issue for us.
